Beyond the two-year legal guarantee of conformity for consumer goods, some of our manufacturing partners offer longer guarantees. This demonstrates their commitment to sustainable consumption.
10-year WARRANTY
Flokk guarantees all HÅG, RBM and RH chairs against material and manufacturing defects for 10 years from the date of manufacture.
The warranty applies to seats that are used normally, up to 9 hours per day.
The warranty covers the necessary replacement parts. Labour and transport costs are not covered.
Normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty. Unless otherwise specified, the maximum user weight is 110 kg.
The warranty assumes that normal maintenance has been carried out on the seat and fabric/leather.
