  1. Adjust the seat height
    Set the chair so your feet rest flat on the floor and your thighs form a slightly open angle with your torso.
  2. Adjust the seat depth
    Slide the backrest to leave a gap of 3 to 4 finger-widths between the front of the seat and the back of your knees.
  3. Set up the lumbar support (optional)
    Position the lumbar support just above your belt for optimal lower-back support.
  4. Customize the tilt resistance
    Adjust the knob to make the tilt lighter or firmer, according to your preference.
  5. Adjust the armrests
    Change their height, depth and width so your arms are comfortably supported during activities.
