- Adjust the seat height
Set the chair so your feet rest flat on the floor and your thighs form a slightly open angle with your torso. - Adjust the seat depth
Slide the backrest to leave a space of 3 to 4 finger widths between the front of the seat and the back of your knees. - Configure the lumbar support (optional)
Position the lumbar support just above your belt line for optimal lower-back support. - Customize the tilt resistance
