We would like to point out that when using through couplings (gender
changer) of the type USB C, a connection between the connected devices
can only be established if the plugs are correctly aligned with one
another. If necessary, this can be achieved by turning a plug by 180°.
This is not a defect in the product, but a technical necessity with
this cabling constellation.
