VIGO is a directional furnishing system designed to give a decisive and distinctive personality to office spaces, a professional habitat characterised by technology and comfort, as well as flexibility and openness to shared spaces. In the design of the executive office described by the VIGO project, the table is a work of architecture on a reduced scale, a meticulous design element in which the great thicknesses define the sides and the robust work surfaces. The structures of the table highlight the particular composition between the load-bearing base and the aluminium frame.

From this more than consolidated solution, the work focused on formal cleanliness and structural research until a support system was found that was reduced to the essentials, a robust and simple frame capable of transmitting lightness, transforming the seat and backrest into two sheets suspended in the air, without screws or rivets as in the previous examples.

The two die-cast aluminium ends were the decisive choice, solving at the same time the backrest attachment system and constituting the distinctive feature of the product. Tao is a strong, refined chair, with a clean, friendly face but a sophisticated, pragmatic soul.

NoTable is a project that lends itself to many interpretations. It can be a practical, elegant desk or transformed into a large table, ideal for co-working spaces: with the frame and legs ready for cabling, it hides the various wires usually found in offices. The profiled top, which can be made to measure, is available in different shapes and finishes for unique stylistic interpretations.
