Delivery methods, deliveries - Assembly, right of return:

Delivery/installation in Belgium only.
Delivery methods are adapted to the type of equipment and the volume of your order.
Some items require professional handling and assembly, which determines the delivery method.
Some items are available in stock, but most are subject to a specific order, which will then be received by our logistics provider in order to group the delivery and installation into a single step. 

Delivery methods, deliveries - Assembly


A. Free delivery of chairs, excluding assembly, to the first door for all orders of at least £300 excluding VAT (£363 including VAT).
B. Free collection by appointment, upon receipt of the items, from our showroom. Avenue Gustave Demey 57 B-1160 Brussels (Auderghem)
C. Delivery and installation of furniture if access is easy and premises are clear, £150 including VAT for all orders under £1,150 excluding VAT (£1,391.5 including VAT). For all orders over £1,150 excluding VAT (£1,391.5 including VAT), delivery and installation are free.
We do not install furniture on walls or ceilings or install lamps, as our teams are not certified to do so!
For items such as office furniture or other furniture, our professional technicians deliver everything to the point of use and install it neatly. Packaging is taken back.
When making an appointment for delivery and assembly, we will ask you if there is a lift and what the dimensions are.
Our technicians can deliver goods via sufficiently wide staircases up to and including the 3rd floor.
For floors above the 3rd floor, this must be done via an internal or external lift (chargeable from £155 excl. VAT).
In this case, we will arrange an appointment before delivery and assembly to organise the reservation of space (at the customer's expense) and the type of lift required. You can always ask our advisors about the costs of this operation.
If the delivery is split at the customer's request, the costs will be estimated in advance.
If the scheduled delivery date cannot be met for reasons beyond our control, redelivery costs will be charged.
If storage exceeds two weeks due to the customer's unavailability, storage costs will be charged.

Right of return:

We guarantee a 14-day right of return, from the date of delivery, on all products(*) on the website. During this 14-day period, the buyer may exchange or return the product. In the latter case, the buyer will receive a credit note. After notification (see B2C withdrawal form), the buyer is required to return the product in its original packaging within 14 days (we therefore advise you to keep the original packaging in a safe place until the end of this cooling-off period). The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
If the buyer wishes us totake care of the return, we are entitled to charge the direct costs of returning the goods.


(*)Items purchased in the showroom are excluded from the right of return.
(*)Items that have been reserved and installed, as well as items that have been specifically ordered from a manufacturer and/or are clearly personalised and/or in large quantities (more than 2 items) are systematically excluded from the right of return.

(*)Contracts between businesses (B2B) are of a different nature. They are absolutely binding: once signed (or the order accepted), returns are no longer possible. Between retailers and businesses, there is therefore no 14-day cooling-off period. This rule only applies to consumers (B2C).
